Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch Bundt pan or 2 round cake pans.
Main Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, stir together the white sugar and oil. Beat eggs until light, then stir in raw honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and allspice. Stir dry mixture into the batter, just until moistened. Fold in the apples and nuts. Transfer batter to prepared pan or pans.
  3. Bake bundt cake until a toothpick inserted into the crown comes out clean, or for a hour. (Start checking to see if its done in about 50 minutes.)
  4. Allow to cool for 10 -15 minutes. Then, gently tap and invert finished cake onto a plate. If desired, dust with a mixture of confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Warm honey and drizzle over cake, as desired.
Recipe Notes

Sprinkle the cake with confectioner sugar, cinnamon, and drizzle all over with warm raw honey just before serving. Experiment with using different types of cream cheese. Store, covered at room temperature.
